Dance Dynamic – A training program in sports, arts, and beauty. It is a fusion program of Latin America dance such as Jazz, Cha Cha, Rhumba, Zumba, Jive together with some other International Standard ballroom steps enriched with some contemporary and modern dance movements. This can also be described as a cardio workout for all levels of dancers.
Secondly, for the keen dancers who want to be trained single heartedly for 1 aspect of dance for their further developments, there are 2 choices for them:-
Latin America Dance (UK’s World Dance Council standard). – Within this category, there are 5 different types of dance: namely Rhumba, Cha Cha, Jive, Samba, Paso.
Ballroom Dance (UK’s World Dance Council standard) – Within this category, there are also 5 different types of dance: namely Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Vienna Waltz, Quick Steps.
Easy Yoga – a program for strengthening our health and mental well-being. It helps muscle toning and flexibility. It is also suitable for yoga students of all levels.
Tai Chi Stretching – A program for stretching body and limbs, muscle toning, balancing for better body movements through the simple Tai Chi actions.
